Why should I invest in personal training?
By training with us, you will receive a custom training program that is tailored to your goals and abilities. Setting time aside and committing to personal training keeps you consistently active and committed to your goals.
Can I still benefit from a trainer if I’m already familiar with the gym?
Absolutely! Even experienced gym-goers can benefit from being held accountable and having guidance with their training routine. Your trainer is responsible for meeting you where you are, and guiding you towards progress.
How long until I start to see results?
Training, nutrition and stress play a role in how quickly you progress towards your goal. If you are training properly and consistently, eating a balanced diet, and managing your stress, you will notice a big difference from when you started.
For many people, simply building the habit of being active will drive long term progress. If you are unsure about your progress after a few sessions, we recommend discussing that with your trainer, who can adjust your program or expectations to keep you on the right track.
Can I try a few training sessions before committing to long-term training?
Yes! For Movement trainers, please see our training page and consider investing in one session at a time, or a 5-session package before making the decision to commit to more. However, keep in mind that you will receive a better rate by committing to more sessions.
For independent trainers, please contact them to discuss your individual needs.
Do you offer nutrition guidance or meal plans?
Our trainers can provide general nutrition advice to support your training, but we do not prescribe meal plans, as that is out of our scope of practice. For detailed nutrition or medical diet planning, we recommend consulting a registered dietitian.
